SimPlan是由同济大学城市规划系 晏龙旭副教授 带领的一个城市研究团队。

我们的研究方向聚焦：
（1）数智技术应用：应用大数据、人工智能技术、城市模型解决城市与规划问题：

• 时空大数据、多源开放数据的分析与应用
• 大小数据融合技术及规划应用
• 基于深度学习的高精度制图与应用
• 人口合成及城市活动模型的应用
• AI智能体+专业模型的整合应用，等

（2）城市新问题：关注新技术影响下的城市结构、时空行为、城市治理等新问题：

• “流空间”影响下的时空行为与城乡演变
• 城市空间利用效率、运行绩效与风险
• 人口发展趋势下的生活圈与公服设施规划
• 人机交互的城市更新辅助决策
• 时空行为规划与空间治理，等

SimPlan is an urban research group led by Associate Professor Longxu Yan at the Department of Urban Planning, Tongji University.

Our research focuses on:
(1) Aapplying big data, AI, and urban models to address urban and planning issues:

• Analysis spatiotemporal big data and multi-source open data
• Integration of big and small data for planning applications
• High-precision mapping and applications based on deep learning
• Applications of synthetic population and urban activity models
• Integrated applications of AI agents and domain-specific models

(2) Emerging challenges in urban structure, spatiotemporal behavior, and governance:

• The “space of flows” and urban-rural restructureing
• Urban spatial efficiency, operational performance, and risks
• X-minute city and public service planning under demographic change
